Infant Baptism

  1. Infant baptism is for children from birth until generally their 4th – 7th birthday.
  2. All children who are baptized must have at least one godparent.
  3. The parents must intend to raise the child in the Catholic Faith
  4. Infants must be generally baptized in the parish that at least one of their parents attend.
  5. The child’s birth certificate should be available for presentation to the parish
  6. The parent’s marriage certificate should be presented to the parish. Parents need to assure by words and deeds that the child will be raised in Catholic faith.

Children's Confirmation and First Holy Communion

  1. Children in 3rd grade and above can prepare and receive both the Sacrament of Confirmation and the Sacrament of First Holy Communion together. 
  2. Please bring a copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate.
  3. Family must be currently registered and active at Linkou Catholic Church.
  4. Child must already be enrolled in a Faith Formation program and must have completed at least one full year of religious education before preparation begins. Please refer to our Sunday School program (Chinese version) or contact our parish priest.

How to Get Here

Taipei eBus – 925, 948, 966, 967, F231, F237, F238, get off at Liyuan Rd., walk towards Ln. 594 Zhongxiao Rd. for around 3 minutes.

MRT Taoyuan Airport Line – get off at A8 Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and transfer to bus heading to Linkou.

There is also a YouBike station in front of the church.
